After filling out the custom order form, you will be in contact shortly to go over all the finishing details for your custom work.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 5-10 business days (Mon.-Fri.) to process and create your order! This does not include time needed for transit.

 

 RETURNS | REFUNDS

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Please reach out to us within one week of your delivery if something is broken or missing! We will work with you to replace or refund your items!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Vinyl is not dishwasher safe; do not soak. Hand wash only with a non-abrasive sponge! Care instructions will be included with your order!

Our vinyl designs are made with outdoor, permanent adhesive vinyl! It's the same material used for car decals, so it's water resistant! With proper care, cup decals can last several years!
