How long does it take to receive my order? Please allow 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri) for us to process and create your order. This does not include transit time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the USA only. Stay tuned as we hope to expand in the future!

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free USA shipping on all orders over $100.

Are your products made to order? Yes! Every item in our shop is made to order just for you. This means your product is freshly made and crafted with care.

How do I place a custom order? Visit our Create Your Own page and fill out the custom order form. I will be in touch shortly to go over all the finishing details for your order.

How do I care for my cup or tumbler?

Your Stainless Steel tumbler that is laser engraved is dishwasher friendly, but hand washed recommended to prolong its life.

Glass Can Cups, Acrylic Tumblers, and Plastic Straw Cups: Vinyl is not dishwasher safe — do not soak. Hand wash only with a non-abrasive sponge. Our vinyl designs are made with outdoor permanent adhesive vinyl, the same material used for car decals, so it's water resistant. With proper care, cup decals can last several years. Care instructions are included with every order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns or exchanges? We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once your order is confirmed. However, if something arrives broken or missing, please reach out to us within one week of your delivery and we will work with you to replace or refund your items.

What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us at Crafty.ashleyoldani@gmail.com within one week of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will do our best to make it right!
